How to Pack a Handbag For Every Day?

A handbag is the perfect place to store all the items you might need during the day. But what are these objects? And how to fit them into a bag without creating a complete mess inside? Set your priorities right, fold things neatly, and everything you need will always be at your fingertips.

Prepare the essentials

Step 1

Place your wallet in one of the large main compartments of your bag. A wallet usually fits well into the large inside pocket of most bags and is easy to get out of there whenever you need it. Keep about a thousand rubles in cash in your wallet, a bank card (if any), as well as gift and discount cards from stores.

You can also try to keep a bank card in a cell phone case, and use a very small wallet to store cash in the form of bills and coins.

Step 2

Prepare a small hygiene kit, including pads, tampons, antihistamines, and wipes. Get a cute hygiene organizer in a store or online store. Fill it with those items that you don’t want to be without at the right time. If you store them separately in the organizer, they will not get lost inside the purse and will not fall out.

Step 3

Prepare a small cosmetic bag by putting lotion, lip balm and necessary cosmetics inside. If you wear makeup, it's a good idea to carry a few essentials with you so you can touch up your makeup throughout the day. If you don't need anything more than a couple of items, like mascara and lipstick, you can put them in your hygiene organizer. Otherwise, prepare a separate cosmetic bag to keep your purse organized.

Step 4

Store your keys in the small secure side pocket. Even a large bunch of keys can get lost inside a handbag! To avoid constant searching, put your keys in a secure little pocket inside or outside your bag. You can attach a keychain or even two to the keychain to make it easier for you to find them.

If you choose to put your keys in the outer side pocket, make sure it is zipped up so that the keys don't fall out or be stolen.

Step 5

Put your phone in the smaller compartment of your purse where it won't get lost. In a small purse, a cell phone can fit perfectly into the main compartment along with a wallet. If you have a medium or even large bag, you will probably want to put your phone in the small compartment of the bag, where it will be easier to find. Regardless of the location you choose, make sure that if you call or text, it can be easily reached.

If you prefer to also carry earphones for your phone, unplug them, twist the wires and secure with a clip so they don't get tangled.

Step 6

Put chewing gum or mints in your bag to freshen your breath. So you don't have to worry about bad breath during the day. Use chewing gum or mints immediately after eating or whenever you want to get rid of bad taste in your mouth.

Most schools frown on chewing gum, so if you're packing your class bag, it's a good idea to bring mints with you.

Use mint-flavoured products as they are the best for freshening your breath.

Step 7

In the summer, keep your sunglasses in the main compartment of your bag by putting them in the case. Sunglasses can be bent and scratched in a bag, but they will definitely be an important protection against bright sunlight. To protect your glasses from damage, place them in the case and place them carefully in the main compartment of your bag.

You should also use the case for any other glasses you use.

Step 8

If you're going to be away from home long enough, take something to eat with you. It never hurts to grab a couple of packs of ready-to-eat meals to keep you going throughout the day! Opt for smaller packaged foods like cereal bars or bags of nuts or straws. You can also pack the products yourself in a bag with a zipper, just be sure to close it tightly so that the contents do not spill over the entire bag.

Crumbs can accumulate in your purse very quickly, so be sure to empty all food debris out of the bag in a timely manner.

Step 9

Bring small items of fun with you in case you get bored. If you have a large enough bag, it's good to put a couple of entertainment items in it for those moments when you need to sit around waiting for something and just have nothing to do with yourself! Put a small book, a notepad with a pen, or even a small tablet in the main compartment of the bag so that you have the opportunity to dispel boredom.

If the bag isn't big enough, don't worry. Just install a couple of fun games in your smartphone or that's it.
