Unless you have spent the first few years under a rock or on a remote island, you already know that thick and natural brows are what is currently on-trend. Achieving this look ironically does not come naturally for many people. If you are one of the people that need a little assistance to achieve full and natural brows, you should invest in a quality eyebrow microblading pen.
What is Microblading
Microblading is a beauty procedure that can be done by a professional to help you achieve thick and natural eyebrows. This procedure involved a tattoo-like needle and the professional will use it to tattoo the top layers of your skin. This procedure is painful and can lead to scarring if not done correctly. This procedure also comes with a steep price tag and must be redone every few months.
At Home Alternatives to Microblading
There are several beauty products that you can use as an alternative to getting your eyebrows Microbladed. These products will mimic the result you get when having the procedure and there is no risk of scaring your face with these alternatives. These products also have a much more palatable price tag...

Get The Perfect Natural Brow
Once you chose the perfect microblading alternative, you will need to know how to use it to achieve the perfect natural brow…
- Pluck & Shape
Start by first plucking any wild hairs. Do not try to pluck an arch into your brows. Then take a spoolie brush, which looks like the brush in your mascara, and brush your eyebrow straight up. If you have eyebrow gel or pomade use that now.
- Mark Shape
Take a little bit of concealer and use it to outline the shape you hope to achieve. You want the start of your eyebrow to be in line with the inner corner of your eyes. You also want your eyebrows to be the same heights. The end of your eyebrow should touch an imaginary line that starts at the edge of your nose and touches the outside corner of your ey and extends to your forehead.
- Fill In Brow
After you have your outline, take your microblading pen and make short and precise marks in the same direction as the natural hair. Other than the marks we told you to make just fill in the natural brow. Don’t go too crazy remember you want your brows to look natural.
- Set Brow
Once you are done allow the brows to dry and use a small amount of setting powder to make sure the brows stay in place all day.
