Bring Some Manliness To Your Garden

Let's face it, the garden isn't exactly a "macho" space. You can't tell any pioneer stories about how you battled an anaconda between your properly trimmed rose bushes.

That level of "macho" is never going to happen unless you actually visit the Amazon, but there's no reason why you can't bring some manliness to your garden.

And while you probably can't write a book about the experiences you're bound to have, you can make some fun memories worth much more than money.

So, the only question is, are you ready to make your garden a more male-friendly place? Or do you want to dream about fighting snakes behind your green bushes?

Think Food

If there's one thing all guys have in common, it's food. And the more primitive the cooking method, the better.

That means to buy or build yourself a nice outdoor grill and get a nice little spot for it in the garden.

Just think about it for a second. Cold beer in hand, your friends hanging around and arguing about the game, while everyone enjoys the meat cooking.

It's strange to think that something as basic as a grill can bring the guys together.

What better way to spend the summer months in the dude-garden?

Cooking steaks, taking a dip in the pool and enjoying the sun? Nope, life doesn't get much better than this.

Shed Equals Man-Cave

One of the best ways to bring the manliness into your garden is by getting a shed.

This can serve as your private space inside the garden, and you don't have to worry about being too loud and waking up the kids.

Make the shed your man-cave, where you and your friends can chill without worrying about getting mud all over the place.

Add a little extra to the space and bring the outside inside with indoor water fountains.

These can be ideal for small spaces like this that get quite stuffy becase indoor water fountains make great humidifiers

Try Technology

Even though primitive cooking over an open flame is a manly activity, mowing the lawn and trimming the hedges are is not.

In fact, there are several gadgets on the market that can make garden duties a lot more fun, cool and easy. In the modern world,

it's not about being the guy with the biggest lawnmower. It's about having the smartest one.

Don't be shy to bring technology into your garden, because gadgets are fundamentally a male stimulant.

Anything with buttons and lights can turn something into a male activity, so use it.

Participate In Sports

If there's enough space in the garden, organize a little game of touch-football. Hopefully, the guys will enjoy it so much, they always want to use your manly garden for sports days.

How much more manly can you get with a man-cave and a grill waiting till after the game? Of course,

it doesn't have to be touch football. It can be any sport you and your friends enjoy.

All you have to do is think outside the box, and you can turn that garden of yours into the manliest garden your neighborhood has ever seen.
