I'm the sort of person who always has earbuds in his ears. I am a voracious reader and knowledge seeker, that is why every time I leave my house I listen to a book or a podcast about literature or philosophy.
I go through a couple of pairs of earphones a year. But I think I finally found my match. The Airloop 3 in 1 earbud have captured my heart.
The design is absolutely flawless. As a bit of a geek, I really enjoy the jet black, high tech look of it. They fit the ears well, do not wiggle around and eventually fall out like the majority of other earbuds.
I didn't think it as possible to cancel out everything around me so effectively but the AirLoop earbuds have proven me wrong! Be it music or a book being read out loud the sound is clear, distinct.
I even think I found some notes and instruments on some of my favourite songs, such as Sunday Morning by Velvet Underground that I didn't find before.
I barely need to charge them at all. The ten hours of battery life take me through most of my business trips.
But if I need more power, the charge box adds another jaw-dropping, a whopping 80 hours of battery life.
The Airloop earbuds have one of my favourite features out of any tech gadget that I have encountered during the last few years. Every time I remove them, they stop on automatic.
Gone are the days of pausing your podcast, book or song, to pay attention to someone who asks you for directions, followed by rewinding to figure out just where you were a moment ago.
The fact that they are water and sweat resistant makes them even more appealing. Since I got them I started running again. Nothing beats listening to your favourite music, played with flawless quality, as you run down the countryside.
