Tag Heuer Formula 1 - stylishly sporty
Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton is considered a fighting fighter in the world of sport. His passion for racing makes him the perfect representative of Tag Heuer's rebel image. A total of 18 revised versions of the model were offered for the new Formula 1 planned for 2012, all of which were developed in technical cooperation with the Formula 1 team Vodafone McLaren Mercedes and tested by the drivers Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton.
A total of three different movements, each with a 42 mm case, are available: chronograph, alarm clock, and a wristwatch. Highlights include the Tag Heuer Formula 1 Chronograph (42mm) with a black and red bezel, a stylish timepiece with a quartz movement and a fixed stainless steel bezel. The black dial has a rectangular date display at 4 o'clock and three black chronograph counters with red hands. Just like the screw-down crown with Tag Heuer Easy Grip technology and the logo made of finely brushed stainless steel, the pushers are covered with a black titanium carbide coating. The black rubber strap features Tag Heuer lettering and a finely brushed stainless steel folding clasp.
Fancy Design
The “TAG Heuer Formula 1” Chronograph (42mm) made of stainless steel and brushed ceramic has the same counters and date displays, but these are applied to an anthracite-colored dial with a sunburst finish. The polished stainless steel bezel and the crown with "Easy Grip" technology ensure a shiny appearance. The generously dimensioned case is made of finely brushed stainless steel, the bezel made of brushed, black ceramic has a distinctive tachymeter scale. The five-row bracelet shows alternating brushed black ceramic and stainless steel elements.
